fragment design has teamed with Japanese label OriginalFake on the “Girl Circle” T-Shirt. With KAWS’s contributions quite evident, the incorporation of fragment design’s lightning logo serves well in censoring the nude photograph. For those of you with a keen memory, the “Girl Circle” logo first made its appearance on a Tee way back in 2008 for fall/winter. The shirt is available at the OriginalFake store for ¥7,000 JPY (approximately $91 USD).

A Bathing Ape x British Millerain Outerwear Collection

With over 100 years in the industry, The British Millerain Co. Ltd. has established itself as one of the leading manufacturers of wax and oiled fabrics. For the A Bathing Ape 2012 spring collection, the British company has helped create two exclusive oiled cloth items. The Oiled Cloth Classic Sport Jacket will be released in yellow, navy, beige and red and features contrasting collar, cuffs and waist band. A Japanese retail price of ¥42,840 JPY (approximately $560 USD) has been set. The Oiled Cloth Mountain Parka comes in three 2-tone colorways, red/beige, black/navy and navy/yellow and will cost ¥48,090 JPY (approximately $630 USD). Look for these coats to be available in the first quarter of 2012.

2012 marks the ten-year anniversary of the Leaders Shop in Chicago. Tasked with giving a one-of-a-kind look to the adidas Originals Forum, the pioneer streetwear label turned directly to their Windy City roots for inspiration. The first permanent settlers in the area were the Potawatomi, so they have created a Native American theme, complete with a removable moccasin fringe on the heel. The Mid is finished off with zigzag stitching and premium leather laces. These will be available December 17 at LDRS1354 in Chicago.
